Arcor AG & Co. KG, one of the largest telecommunications service providers in Germany, has its corporate headquarters in Eschborn, near Frankfurt. The office and administration building, built in 2002, provides flexible office work spaces for about 1,900 employees as well as a call-center for customer services. The modern office complex is divided into three parts. The striking 88-meter 26-floor tower with a glass and aluminum façade is framed by two additional structures, one with 9 floors and the other with 14 floors. HSG Zander guarantees the optimal operation of the entire building technology.
