The ATOS Praxisklinik is located in a main building which was completed in 1991 and in an old villa. The upper floors are organized in a chess-board pattern around an atrium. Patient rooms are located on floors 4-6 with 75 beds, specialist medical practices are located on the ground floor as well as on the second and third floors. A restaurant, accessible from the atrium, is located on a mezzanine floor between the first and second floors. The kitchen supplies the clinic wards, clinic personnel as well as restaurant guests with about 200 meals a day. There are also shopping opportunities on the ground floor. | The floors below ground are laid out as an air-raid shelter. Five operating rooms and the central sterilization station are located on the first underground floor along with the most important of the 11 technology rooms. The ?gate? are located at the side entrance to the building along with the entrance to 4-floor underground parking garage with about 190 parking spaces. Car or truck deliveries can also be made here. The gate is occupied around the clock, 365 days a year.
