Technical facility management |
- | The technical facility management includes operation of the building with constant checks and optimization of energy use. HSG Zander organizes daily technical operation and coordinates the work of its own technicians and external firms in the area of maintenance and servicing of the building facilities and fittings (including 3 air-conditioning machines at 1.8 MW cold output, 2 ice machines at 430 KW cold output). Particular attention is paid here to tracking problems and asserting warrant claims. |
