The Ford name stands for mobility, innovation and pioneering design. The Ford research center is part of the worldwide network of research activities at the Ford Motor Company. The activities of employees range from diesel research and predevelopment, vehicle dynamics, alternative drive systems as well as automotive electronics and other research areas. The administrative building, in addition to offices, conference rooms and an auditorium, is equipped with the most modern testing facilities, laboratory facilities and workshops. The quality goals for the provision of services are specified in service level agreements with the client. Measurement of the services is carried out via previously agreed key performance indicators. Performance is constantly measured and regularly evaluated by Ford and HSG Zander. Regular user surveys are just one method to analyze the performance and customer satisfaction.

Technical facility management
-	building operations under constant control and optimization of energy use, organization of the technical operation, coordination of the work assignments for our own and external technicians in the area of maintenance of building technology and equipment, maintenance and safety of the motor testing facilities and special projects such as minor modification measures.
Infrastructural facility management
-	basic cleaning, reception services, postal services, key administration with access control, coordination of incoming and outgoing goods, shipping and warehouse administration, help desk, vehicle care and administration of the pool cars, employees for the support of the research lab.
In addition to the DIN EN ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications for the HSG Zander Quality and Environmental Management system, clients also expect certification in accordance with the Ford ?Q1 2002? standard as well as compliance with internal guidelines such as IR 57 / GWQMP.
