Weinheim Galerie officially opens and HSG Zander is a part of it.

Following a construction period of 14 months, the Weinheim Galerie officially opened on March 18. The opening meant that the client, DC Commercial, a project development company located in Hamburg, was able to maintain its schedule. Construction activities started in summer 2008. In January 2009, the foundation stone was laid. At the same time, the attached parking garage was renovated and expanded.

HSG Zander received the order for the technical and infrastructural facility management. The customer satisfaction of the center management SEC, the result of cooperation with HSG Zander in other regions, was a key factor in winning the order.

With 10,000 square meters of retail space, the Weinheim Galerie is the largest inner-city shopping center on the Bergstraße. Included among the 30 shops are H&M, C&A, dm drug store, Intersport, Quick-Schuh, Madonna, New Yorker and Apollo Optik.
