The company is divided into the three business areas of facility management, technical facility management and planning & construction. Compared to the rest of the market, our corporate image is that of a “purist” management service company whose added value lies in concentrating our technical experience on the particularly complex house technology of our clients. High-performance purchasing ensures purchasing power and the right prices ensure market competitiveness. The HELP FM helpdesk is the main support facility and our first point of contact with our clients; we see this as a key tool.
After four years in Spain HSG Zander already boasts over 30 clients, is active in the capital cities of every Spanish region and is aiming for a 2 digit million € turnover. A good administrative basis that will be able to support the expected rapid growth has been put in place and our most important asset is our employees. A young and motivated team with a high level of awareness for P&L results is working concertedly to move this project forward.
